  • This is a recreation of the 1785 Robe A La Anglaise from The Met Museum’s Collection

  • I used a lightweight cotton and lined the bodice with a similar weighted muslin

  • I used Janet Arnold’s Patterns of Fashion book as a source material and based more of my patterns on this.
